Robert Bannochie ( born 18 July 1959 in Purley, England) is a Film Editor and Director.
Bannochie was responsible for the cutting of videos such as Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley Directed by Simon West.[1] and New order at the Academy[2] Directed by Mike Mansfield.
Bannochie was a multiple recipient of the Gold, Silver and Bronze Creative Circle Honours[3] for his computer graphics work for Smarties[4] and also a recipient of the prestigious D&AD award[5] for Ghost in the Machine. In the 1990s Robert Bannochie became a inaugural part of advertising in Egypt helping establish Tarek Nour Communications.[6] In 2008 Bannochie comments "There is great potential for growth,"[7] in Egypt adding that it is "fantastic place to produce".[8]
He currently is Director and C.E.O of Leapfrog Communications[9] in Egypt.
